We have five management personnel in our office leading a wider team of around 35-50 staff depending on our demand.
Prior to forming Crosbies, our Director spent nearly 5 years in the New Zealand Police, with over half of his career within the Tactical Crime Unit (which focuses on burglary detection & investigation).
More importantly, the values NZ Police embed in its people (professionalism, respect & integrity in particular) are those that have carried through to the business today, and those that are now passed onto our incoming staff.
We have protected short term projects right through to projects in excess of $70m in project value, including for clients such as Non-Government organisations, Lotto New Zealand, Fulton Hogan, Piritahi, Kāinga Ora and more.
We focus heavily on providing a quality service to our clients. We have a team big enough to service almost any type of security requirement but small enough to provide a more boutique approach to our customers.
