Upon intrusion or Monitoring Agent intervention, a spoken warning message plays, deterring offenders and sending them running.

When an intruder enters a construction site, one or two spotlights activate. Depending on the model of tower, these are up to 4200 lumens, creating ultra bright white light and startling offenders.



With our bespoke software partner, Watchful, our sites arm and disarm automatically according to your preferred schedule – which you can set to any time of the day or night. You can also set arm and disarm events into the future, so you can plan concrete pours and other late night works that might trigger an activation.

We have two monitoring stations responding to events 24/7, 365 days per year. One station is located in Pukekohe with a redundancy station located in Hawkes Bay.

While vandalism and attacks do occur, our downtime from burglaries or attacks is less than 0.03% of the time across our near 1,000 fleet of cameras. Our 1.2t concrete base and 5m pole makes it difficult to attack the solar security towers easily. In 2024 we began rolling out spike units to our high risk sites based off our collated intrusion data.
